The writing in the bottom right says, "Dave Prowse is Darth Vader." I bought this through the Home Shopping Network (hanging head in shame). It came with a certificate of authenticity. When I scanned this, it was still in the original shrink wrap. That's why you see the funny ripples of white on the bottom right where the plastic is uneven.
